EU clears Altice, Allianz, Omers acquisition of Covage

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The European Commission said on Friday it had permitted the proposed acquisition of French fibre optics operator by rival SFR FTTH managed by Altice, Allianz and Omers, matter to circumstances.
