Adecco Group to buy AKKA Technologies in $2.4 billion deal
ZURICH (Reuters) – Adecco Group has agreed to buy AKKA Technologies in a deal worth 2 billion euros ($2.4 billion) on an enterprise price basis, the companies talked about on Wednesday, with Adecco combining AKKA with its private Modis tech mannequin.
Adecco talked about it was searching for the engineering and technical consulting group, which is listed on Euronext Paris and in Brussels, to improve its expert staffing line which has bigger margins and is far much less delicate to the monetary cycle than its regular staffing enterprise.
“We are very comfortable to announce in the current day that AKKA Technologies and Modis will come collectively in a landmark transaction,” Adecco Group CEO Alain Dehaze talked about in an announcement.
