Most Telecom Italia staff to work from home until end of year – document
MILAN (Reuters) – Telecom Italia (TIM) will maintain some of its locations of work closed as virtually 60% of the employees at Italy’s largest phone agency plan to proceed working from home until Dec. 31, a union document confirmed.
Companies and governments everywhere in the world are figuring out how to deal with the return of staff to locations of work after the coronavirus outbreak pressured them to reorganise work fashions and allow most staff to work remotely.
Italy has made its COVID-19 “Green Pass” – a certificates displaying any individual has acquired as a minimum one vaccine dose, examined damaging or simply recently recovered from the virus – compulsory for accessing workplaces from subsequent month.
While the federal authorities is pushing public sector staff to return to locations of work armed with the Green Pass from Oct. 15, non-public sector firms have until the end of the year to alter their distant working insurance coverage insurance policies.
