Tesco says online services disrupted by interference ‘attempt’

LONDON (Reuters) – British grocery retailer chain Tesco acknowledged on Sunday that its site and app had been disrupted by an try to intrude with its methods.
“Since yesterday, we now have been experiencing disruption to our online grocery site and app. An attempt was made to intrude with our methods which has prompted points with the search function on the positioning,” a Tesco spokesperson acknowledged.
It acknowledged there was no function to think about that purchaser data had been compromised.
As of 1145 GMT the Tesco site gave the impression to be functioning normally.
