(Reuters) – After a California appeals courtroom on Thursday halted a laws requiring the reclassification of ride-hail drivers of Uber Technologies Inc <UBER.N> and Lyft Inc <LYFT.O> as workers, the selection over gig worker benefits and pay will seemingly be left to voters.
Here is a look at the small print of Proposition 22, the ballot measure California voters will decide on Nov. 3:
