Amazon pilot lifts stock exchanges into the cloud

LONDON (Reuters) – A pilot by on-line massive Amazon and two stock exchanges confirmed how shifting share shopping for and promoting from costly bodily servers to cloud computing may decrease your bills and cut back the potential for outages, the firms talked about on Friday.
The Singapore Exchange SGX, London-based Aquis Exchange and Amazon Web Services talked about they undertook a proof of concept to level out that purchasing and promoting shares in the cloud will likely be sufficiently fast and reliable.
“It’s confirmed to be technically succesful,” talked about Adrian Ip, a director at Aquis Exchange’s experience arm.
Exchanges using the cloud so far for purchasing and promoting are restricted in measurement or space of curiosity, equal to dealing in crypto belongings, Ip talked about.
